on this day...

Wishing you all a very happy Mother's Day.

Especially thinking of all my new friends, my wonderful dear friends that I met after Alice died. The other baby lost mama's. The women I never wanted to meet. But now could not imagine getting through the days and the weeks without them.

And thinking of all our babies that are not here for us to see, to hold, to hear, to smell, and to watch grow.

Of course we will always be their mothers...

Rachael, loving mum to two beautiful girls.

I hope you enjoyed some time with Minnie and some precious memories of Alice Buttons, on this your special day.

Happy mothers day to you my lovely friend.
I read this on another lovely mums post today... i thought it was fitting:
"A woman is like a teabag - you never know how strong she is until she gets into hot water"
~ Eleanor Roosevelt ~

Hugs and love to you from another mumma who desperately misses her baby girl.
Mother's Day for me will always be just as much about celebrating what I have as greiving what is lost. But I try and remember that all those little moments of celebration are what makes the memory of my daughter that much more precious.

Take care and love to you
